What GRAM Is
GRAM is a two-layer crypto and P2P financial platform built for Nigerian traders and individuals who want to convert crypto assets to Naira instantly.
Layer 1 — Spot Mode: Deposit crypto assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT, USDC, BCH) and sell them for Naira directly to your linked bank account. No middleman, no waiting.
Layer 2 — P2P Mode: A full P2P payout automation engine that connects your exchange P2P account to your payment processor and automatically resolves outgoing payments.
Both modes run inside one app. You can switch between P2P and Spot at any time using the mode switcher in the dashboard.
GRAM does not hold, custody, or manage your funds at any point. All movements go directly from source to destination.
GRAM is built and operated by Aglovel Group.
Spot Mode — Deposit & Sell Crypto
Spot Mode lets you deposit supported crypto assets and sell them instantly for Naira, paid directly to your linked Nigerian bank account.
Supported assets: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
To deposit, go to Spot → Deposit, select your asset, and send to the wallet address shown. Each asset has a unique deposit address — always confirm the network before sending.
Once your deposit is confirmed on-chain, your USDT balance updates automatically in the Spot dashboard.
To sell, tap Sell on the Spot home screen. Enter the amount, confirm your linked bank account, enter your Fund Password, and submit. Naira is sent directly to your bank account.
There are no deposit fees and no sell fees. What you deposit is what gets converted. What you sell is what you receive.
Sell rate is market-driven and displayed live on the Spot home screen before you confirm any transaction.
There is no crypto withdrawal on GRAM. Assets deposited can only be sold for Naira. GRAM is a one-way conversion platform — crypto in, Naira out.
Your USDT balance is shown on the Spot home screen with a real-time rolling counter. Locked balances (e.g. pending settlement) are shown separately with a countdown timer.
Lightning Wallet (LNURL)
GRAM includes a Bitcoin Lightning wallet powered by LNURL — the fast, low-fee layer on top of Bitcoin designed for instant payments.
Lightning is ideal for retailers, merchants, and traders who receive Bitcoin payments via Cash App, Strike, or any Lightning-compatible wallet and need to convert quickly.
Unlike on-chain Bitcoin transfers which require block confirmations, Lightning payments settle in seconds with near-zero fees.
To receive via Lightning, generate your LNURL invoice from the wallet screen and share it with the sender.
Lightning deposits reflect instantly in your GRAM balance and can be sold for Naira like any other supported asset.
GRAM Lightning Wallet is primarily designed for receiving. It is the recommended deposit method for users dealing with high-frequency small Bitcoin payments.
ScamShield (Coming Soon)
ScamShield is a proprietary OSINT tool built into GRAM that helps you verify counterparties and detect fraud before it happens.
Phone Number Intelligence: Enter any Nigerian phone number and ScamShield runs a full background check, returning all public data and metadata tied to that number — including linked bank accounts, carrier details, registration history, and fraud signals.
Advanced mode goes further — it can surface the real name registered on the number's social media accounts and other digital footprints tied to that identity.
Receipt Verification: ScamShield can verify whether a transaction receipt is genuine or fabricated. Upload a screenshot or image of the receipt and ScamShield analyzes it — including hash verification for Bitcoin payment screenshots — to confirm authenticity.
ScamShield is designed for P2P traders who need to vet buyers and sellers before releasing funds, and for merchants who receive payment screenshots they cannot independently verify.
ScamShield is currently in development and will be available as an in-app feature soon. All GRAM users will have access when it launches.
How P2P Mode Works
P2P Mode is a payout automation engine. It connects your exchange P2P account to your payment processor and automatically resolves outgoing payments.
When a buyer completes a P2P order on your exchange, GRAM detects it, extracts the recipient bank details, verifies the account, and queues it for payment.
You can approve payments manually or enable Auto-Pay to let GRAM process eligible orders automatically.
All your API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. GRAM staff cannot read your keys.
GRAM does not hold, custody, or manage your funds. All payments are executed directly from your connected payment processor to the recipient.
GRAM also includes Gram Wallet — a built-in NGN wallet powered by Nomba that lets you receive funds directly and use them for P2P payouts without connecting Flutterwave.
Getting Started
Step 1 — Create your GRAM account at gram.aglovel.com and verify your email.
Step 2 — Complete KYC verification from Settings → Verify Identity. Submit your phone number and NIN. Approval is manual and typically takes a few hours.
Step 3 — For Spot Mode: go to Spot → Deposit, select your asset, and send crypto to the address shown. Once confirmed, your balance appears and you can sell.
Step 4 — For P2P Mode: connect your exchange (Bybit, Bitget or MEXC) from Settings → Connected Services → Exchange Accounts, then connect a payment processor.
Step 5 — Set up your Fund Password from Settings → Security before your first sell. This is required to authorize all Spot sell transactions.
Step 6 — Install GRAM as an app on your phone for the best experience. Tap the install prompt when it appears or use your browser's Add to Home Screen option.
Connecting Bybit
Log in to your Bybit account and go to Account → API Management.
Click Create New Key and select System-generated API Key.
Set a label e.g. GRAM and enable Read-Only and P2P Trading permissions only. Do NOT enable Withdraw permissions.
Under IP Restriction, whitelist the GRAM server IP: 207.180.241.156
Complete verification and copy your API Key and Secret Key.
Paste both into GRAM under Settings → Connected Services → Exchange → Bybit.
Bybit is the only exchange that supports Auto Mark Order Paid — which automatically marks orders as paid on the exchange after payout.
Connecting Bitget
Log in to your Bitget account and go to Profile → API Management.
Click Create API and set a label e.g. GRAM.
Enable Read and P2P Trading permissions only. Do NOT enable Withdraw permissions.

Complete verification and copy your API Key, Secret Key, and Passphrase.
Paste all three into GRAM under Settings → Connected Services → Exchange → Bitget.
Connecting MEXC
Log in to your MEXC account and go to Profile → API Management.
Click Create API Key and select System-generated API Key.
Set a label e.g. GRAM and enable Read and P2P Trading permissions only. Do NOT enable Withdraw.
Under IP Restriction, whitelist the GRAM server IP: 207.180.241.156
Complete verification and copy your API Key and Secret Key.
Paste both into GRAM under Settings → Connected Services → Exchange → MEXC. No passphrase is required for MEXC.
Connecting Flutterwave
Log in to your Flutterwave dashboard at dashboard.flutterwave.com.
Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your Secret Key.
Your Transfer PIN is the 4-digit PIN you set when creating your Flutterwave account. It is required to authorize outgoing transfers.
Paste your Secret Key and Transfer PIN into GRAM under Settings → Connected Services → Payment Processors → Flutterwave.
GRAM will validate your credentials before saving. If validation fails, check that your secret key is correct and your account is active.
Ensure your Flutterwave account has sufficient NGN balance before enabling Auto-Pay. GRAM monitors your balance automatically and will pause Auto-Pay if funds run low.
Gram Wallet
Gram Wallet is a built-in NGN wallet powered by Nomba that gives you a dedicated bank account number for receiving funds directly within GRAM.
To activate Gram Wallet, go to Settings → Connected Services → Payment Processors → Gram Wallet and tap Generate Wallet.
Once generated, you receive a unique Nomba bank account number. Share this with buyers or fund it via bank transfer from any Nigerian bank.
Your Gram Wallet balance is displayed on the Home tab with a real-time counter animation when new funds arrive.
To withdraw from Gram Wallet, go to Settings → Request Withdrawal. Enter the amount and your bank details. Withdrawals are processed instantly.
Daily payout limit is ₦3,000,000 by default. You can increase this to ₦10,000,000 by completing Tier 2 verification under Settings → Increase Daily Limit.
Gram Wallet transaction history is visible in the Transactions tab. Each transaction shows sender details, fees, session ID, and a downloadable receipt.
Inbound fees below ₦50 are absorbed by GRAM and not charged to you.
A stamp duty of ₦50 applies to transactions of ₦10,000 and above, as required by Nigerian regulations.
Your sender name appears on recipients' bank statements as your registered full name on GRAM.
Increase Daily Limit (Tier 2)
By default, your Gram Wallet daily payout limit is ₦3,000,000.
To increase your limit to ₦10,000,000 per day, complete Tier 2 verification from Settings → Increase Daily Limit.
Tier 2 requires your BVN and a proof of address document — a bank statement or utility bill in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (max 5MB).
Your submission is reviewed manually by the GRAM team. Approval typically takes less than 24 hours.
You will receive an email notification when your Tier 2 verification is approved or rejected.
If rejected, you can resubmit with corrected details from the same page.
Tier 2 verification requires that you have already completed Tier 1 KYC and activated your Gram Wallet.
Auto-Pay (P2P Mode)
Auto-Pay automatically processes eligible P2P orders without manual approval.
Enable Auto-Pay from the Orders tab using the toggle at the top right.
Only orders with successfully resolved bank details are eligible for Auto-Pay.
Orders flagged as Action Required — where bank mapping or account verification failed — are never auto-paid. You must fix them manually.
If Auto-Pay is OFF, GRAM will send you a push notification and email reminder after 8 minutes for any unpaid order.
GRAM monitors your payment processor balance before every payout. If your balance is insufficient, Auto-Pay is automatically paused and you are notified.
Orders that remain unpaid for 20 minutes are automatically rejected. You will receive a push notification when this happens.
You are fully responsible for all transactions processed under Auto-Pay mode.
Trading Controls (P2P Mode)
GRAM gives you full control over your automation from the Orders tab.
Exchange logos (Bybit, Bitget, MEXC) — tap to pause or activate order fetching per exchange. Green border = active, Red border = paused.
Processor logos (Flutterwave, Nomba, Gram) — tap to activate or pause each payment processor. Only one processor can be active at a time.
Auto-Pay toggle — controls whether orders are paid automatically or require your manual approval.
All controls update instantly. Use them to pause operations temporarily without disconnecting your keys.
If Payout Processing is paused by admin, you will see a notification on the Orders tab and cannot activate any processor until it is restored.
Action Required Orders
Some orders are flagged as Action Required when GRAM cannot automatically map the bank name or verify the account number.
These orders appear with a yellow warning banner in the Unpaid tab.
Tap Fix & Pay on an Action Required order to manually enter the correct bank name and account number.
After entering the details, tap Resolve to verify the account name. If verification succeeds, you can proceed to pay.
Common causes: bank name not recognized, account number mismatch, or unsupported bank.
Security
All API keys and secrets are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a 256-bit key before storage. GRAM staff cannot decrypt or read your credentials.
A 6-digit PIN is required on every login. PIN verification is enforced server-side with bcrypt hashing. The raw PIN is never stored or transmitted in plaintext.
Fund Password is a separate security layer required specifically to authorize Spot sell transactions. It is configured from Settings → Security and must be set before your first sell.
Biometric authentication (fingerprint or Face ID) is supported via WebAuthn. Biometric credentials are bound to your device and domain and cannot be transferred or replayed.
Every payment and sell action passes through a Security Gate requiring PIN, Fund Password, or biometric verification before execution.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via authenticator app adds an additional verification step on sensitive account actions.
Anti-Phishing Code — set a personal code that appears in every GRAM email, proving it is genuinely from us and not a phishing attempt.
After 3 incorrect PIN attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes.
After 5 minutes of inactivity, the app locks automatically and requires re-verification.
All active device sessions are visible under Settings → Active Sessions. You can revoke any unrecognized device remotely.
A full activity log is maintained under Settings → Activity Log, recording all key account events with timestamps.
GRAM runs an automated risk engine that monitors account behavior continuously and flags unusual patterns for review.
Push Notifications
GRAM sends real-time push notifications for all important account and order events, even when the app is closed.
You will be notified for: new orders, payments sent, orders timed out, low balance, Auto-Pay paused, new device sign-in, PIN changes, KYC updates, Gram Wallet funding, spot deposits confirmed, sell completed, and account restrictions.
Enable or disable push notifications from Settings → Push Notifications.
Push notifications work on both Android and iOS when GRAM is installed as an app on your home screen.
KYC Verification
KYC verification is required before you can use Spot Mode or connect any exchange or payment processor in P2P Mode.
Submit your phone number and NIN from Settings → Verify Identity.
A 6-digit OTP is sent to your WhatsApp via Flutterwave's verified messaging partner to confirm your phone number.
Verification is reviewed manually by the GRAM team. Approval typically takes a few hours during business hours.
You will receive an email and push notification when your KYC is approved or rejected.
If rejected, you can resubmit with corrected details from the same Settings page.
After KYC approval, you can optionally complete Tier 2 verification to increase your Gram Wallet daily limit to ₦10,000,000.
